Why Convert PDF to Word?

How PDF to Word Conversion Works
Our tool uses PDF.js to read the PDF page by page, extracting text content while preserving line breaks, paragraph structure, and page divisions. The extracted text is then assembled into a Word document using the docx library β which generates a valid .docx file that opens in any Word processor. The whole process runs client-side, so your PDF never touches a server.
What Gets Preserved
All text content in reading order. Paragraph breaks. Line breaks where they existed in the PDF. Page boundaries (each PDF page starts a new page in Word). What may be lost: exact positioning, columns, complex tables (converted to plain text), font styling, colors, and embedded images. For text-heavy documents (reports, contracts, articles), the output is clean and readable.
